Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a coin to my watchlist?
Tap the heart icon on any coin from the main market list. The coin will instantly appear in your Watchlist tab for quick access.
How often are prices updated?
Market prices auto-refresh every 30 seconds while the app is in the foreground. You can also pull down on the list to manually refresh at any time.
How do I change the currency?
Go to the Settings tab and select your preferred currency. Crypto Pulse Alerts supports USD, EUR, GBP, and many other fiat currencies.
Why am I seeing cached data?
If your device loses internet connectivity, Crypto Pulse Alerts automatically shows the most recent cached data so you still have access to prices. A banner will appear at the top indicating the data may be outdated. Prices will update automatically once connectivity is restored.
Does Crypto Pulse Alerts collect my personal data?
Crypto Pulse Alerts does not collect personal data. Your watchlist and settings are stored locally on your device. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is Crypto Pulse Alerts free?
Yes! Crypto Pulse Alerts is free to download and use. The app is supported by non-intrusive banner advertisements.
How do I remove a coin from my watchlist?
In the Watchlist tab, tap the × button next to any coin. You'll be asked to confirm before the coin is removed.
Troubleshooting
Prices aren't loading
Make sure you have an active internet connection. Try pulling down on the list to force a refresh. If the issue persists, close and reopen the app.
The app is running slowly
Ensure your device is running the latest version of iOS. Close other apps running in the background and restart Crypto Pulse Alerts.
